The Impact Institute in Kendallville provides career training programs to juniors and seniors from 13 high schools in DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben and Whitley counties. Programs range from traditional vocational programs such as welding, machining and automotive service to high-end medical programming. 

The Impact Institute seeks to make students work-ready after completing high school or to be better prepared for their next educational step.  The Impact Institute provides a competency-based curriculum that is tied to industry-recognized certifications and/or college-level dual credit.
